The Cape Winelands will again at the 2012 edition of this festival present a series of Masterclasses and workshops.

The multi-award winning film director Bavo Defurne will present his Masterclass on the 18th March 2012 to young filmmakers at the festival.

The topic of his masterclass is "How to work with and direct young actors to get the best performance" Defurne has been making films with young actors for the past 15 years and have received numerous awards for his work. His recent film NORTH SEA TEXAS will also screen at the festival and will after the CWFF screen at the Out in Africa film festival.
