Following the Success of SA’s Next Top Filmmaker 2011, General Post in partnership with Curious Pictures, Endemol and Ochre Media are pleased to announce that entries are now open for SA’s Next Top Filmmaker 2012.
Entrants are required to submit a proposal and a treatment according to the guidelines set out on the General Post website (www.generalpost.co.za).
A workshop on “How to Make Reality TV” will be held on 26 May 2012 to assist entrants with their submissions.
The workshop will include lectures by Anton Burggraaf from Ocher Moving Pictures, well-known writer Gillian Breslin, Head of Content for Masterchef South Africa, Handrie Basson and Amstel Class Act/Big Break Legacy editor, Andrew Dixon. The workshop will be held at AFDA, Johannesburg from 08h30 – 15h30 on Saturday 26 March 2012. If you are interested in attending please RSVP tee@generalpost.co.za
