Producer

I need a producer with feature film experience who can help manage the budget and oversee both large and small responsibilities on the film.
Post-production experience is less important than pre-production responsibilities such as helping attach the cast and crew, deal with legal clearances, find locations, etc.
I also need a producer who is able to be involved with the film until its distribution or sale to a distribution company, which means a producer who understands the market and knows how the process works. The project is fully funded and writer-director Jonathan L. Bowen will serve as executive producer.
Producer Qualifications
-Producer must be able to negotiate crew deals that work within the budget and ideally have relationships with reliable crew members.
-Producer must be able to secure inexpensive locations and think creatively about how to save money on location costs.
-Producer must be able to work with a casting agent or network appropriately to find us at least one and preferably several B-list stars to fill out the cast.
-Producer absolutely must understand the legal and paperwork aspects of creating a feature film, including SAG contracts, crew deal memos, signing appropriate deals with vendors, clearing legal permissions for certain product usages or Website uses (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
-Producer must be aware of what happens to a film after it is shot, in other words how to recoup the investment money and find distribution for the film. This could include having a sales rep with whom you have a strong relationship, or a past history of success with finding distribution for projects you have produced, etc.
